Kudos on a brilliant little piece of film. Perhaps the vacuum could try film school if his quest to enter college goes unfulfilled. He could wind up on Fox’s The Lot competing for that one million dollar development deal with Steven Spielberg. I think what I liked best was the fact that the film explored other levels – it wasn’t simply a monologue, but included film footage within its own film footage. Oh, and incidentally, I’m not sure why he’d have so much trouble with college applications. I’m a college English professor, and I can tell you categorically that I have plenty of freshman students with less personality or intelligence than a vacuum. In many ways, a vacuum might make for a nice change of pace in the classroom. You can insert your own joke about “sucking” here.
